10.01.2022 We actively monitor our schools job lists and provide updates even when we are not scheduled on-site. Our schools also regularly see that we provide updates after hours. We do not pause our support for a school just because we are not scheduled in on that day. We realise issues occur even when we are not present. We do our best to ensure fluidity. Some see this as a perk to our organisation.

09.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL STAFF The department have alerted us that they will be disconnecting all computers/laptops from the network that contain older versions of Windows. The cut off is by the end of this term (30th June) What you need to do by the 30th June:... Save/backup data that is stored on the computer/laptop. Data will be wiped after the mandatory update. So make sure everything is transferred onto your personal network drive folder, USB or external hard drive. Do not worry about programs, just the personal desktop/documents/music/pictures you have saved in those local folders. Also no need to delete the data once saved, it will be deleted automatically.
