11.01.2022 Sometimes athletes have a high enough swing, strong pull and good dip. But they just aren't coming through enough on the rings. Have some fun with the drills and give the athlete a target. Visual targets always make a difference.

In the first video we can see athlete Jacqui white working on the height of her kip swing with straight arms. This increases her strength and power before the turnover. 08.01.2022 Emma Ferrante (Raw Iron) was set a task of completing a certain amount of muscle ups within a 10 min EMOM. She could complete as many as she wished within each minute, and she had the option of pushing out more if she felt strong towards the end.
