10.01.2022 What if it Corona Virus had no intention to infiltrate the human spieces? Did it ask for its host to be ripped open while alive or close too? What if it was co...ntent living harmoniously with its host? What if it would like to do the same with its new host? The bats immune system did not attack the Virus nor did the Virus attack the bat. What if our fear of being attacked, our fear of death and our fear of fear its self is actually the innitiator in this "war". Humans have a way of putting fault on the other guy and but what if our resistance is what triggers our immune system to fight. When I was pregnant with my son I received some beautiful advice from a friend. She suggested that if ever I felt nausea coming on that I place my hands on my body lovingly and remind it that it is safe and to offer my body willingly to my baby knowing full well that there was enough to go around. I only had to do this a handful of times and the shift was always instant. Instead of nausea I would be left in awe. Okay it's not the same. But maybe it is. Who knows. This train of thought led me to dive into my fear around the Corona Virus. In meditation I took myself into the halls of these over run hospitals. There i stayed, first there was resistance, then the fear creeped in as i slowly let down my gaurd, followed by so many emotions... I stayed until I could walk the halls with only compassion & love & trust. And when more resistance popped up, again there I would stay... This is not a process that will work for everybody. Some people have very fresh trauma, despite how old it is. These people should do this work with the help of a professional and start softer than soft, slower than slow. I do not believe this makes me immune, but changing my relationship with the Virus and fear has changed my life. 10.01.2022 I hope this serves you as it has served me. During this upheaval I've had so many perspectives all singing truth yet all seeming to conflict through the different layers of consciousness. It was hard to ancor into one outlook or perspective.... This video helped me to piece it all together. So much clarity and wisdom to ground into.
