21.01.2022 Progress...sometimes seems like it's 2 steps forward 3 steps back. Bought wrong med sized nail gun brads...then got the right size...then ran out of charge...then large nail brads for the bigger nail gun wouldnt work because they had rusted. Measuring tape and alen keys have gone walkies. Bah! Oh well its taking shape. This is booth seating featuring an ottoman which will be on lockable castor wheels to make it easily removed so that the massage table can fit in or when the ottoman is installed it can form a bed base. Part of the ceiling up - will do the silver part above the shelf at the end also. Breakfast bar hinged, just need to find the rope I bought to hang it from the shelf. Then need to cut the stools shorter.

18.01.2022 Seating/Bed base for Doris...I have an abundance of blue paint! Good chance to notice the things that need changing! The middle ottoman will be halved as its rather to move out!

07.01.2022 Look who's looking pretty?! Still tweeking a few issues but I finally got to paint the door on Doris! I was a little surprised to see the blue surrounding the pic as its not a filter. Turns out its reflection from my camera case....but I'd like to feel it's Aunty Dorries way of saying she loves the work I've done!

04.01.2022 Doris the caravan's name sake would have been 87 yesterday, birthday wishes to the heavens. As I keep working away on getting Doris ready for Mum's and Carers who need a well needed micro break. Aunty Dorrie was a legend that lives on. My daughter Aylin only felt her love for a short time but Dorries love in me will help many more who need it.
