25.01.2022 Come visit us tomorrow at the Rendezvous Market at Wattle Reserve, Brighton from 9am - 2pm. This is the last Rendezvous market until we come back in October. There will be lots of wonderful European food and other interesting stalls to entertain you. A Domani!



24.01.2022 We had so much fun with this great group of people today in our Bread & Pasta making class. Delicious pasta and bread were enjoyed by all. Thanks to Serafino Wines for the Sangiovese, the perfect accompaniment to our pasta. Also thanks to Diana Olive Oil for their wonderful oil to go with our freshly baked bread.

15.01.2022 Great fun and much pasta making today with the students from St. Mary’s College. On the menu today was a selection of Street food, pasta alla Norma and cannoli. Thank you ladies, we had a great day.



10.01.2022 This is where you will find us this weekend: Saturday - Port Elliot Rotary Market 9-1pm Sunday - Rendezvous Market from 9am-1pm. If Bomboloni or Iris (Brioche f...illed with lemon custard) are your thing, don’t be late because they don’t last long! This will be the last Rendezvous market for the season but will return in October.

07.01.2022 So much fun today with this wonderful group of students from Kildare College in our Tortellini making class. Well done everyone, the result was a wonderful bowl of Tortellini al sugo.

04.01.2022 Today on our day off, the assistant was given a master class in tortellini making. They may not be perfect but the end result, tortellini in brodo, so delicious.
