16.01.2022 Charcoal Shredded Chicken Available... We had this for lunch, Chicken Fricassee....normally used with portuguese salt cod but we made it instead with our shredded chicken!! Yum! If you want to make it yourself details below ... 1. Fry onion & garlic in olive oil until caramelised 2. Meanwhile fry off some shoe string fries 3. Add chicken and stir until hot 4. Beat eggs and add chopped parsley 5. Add chips to pan along with the beaten egg mixture 6. Stir through until egg is cooked and evenly through the mixture 7. Add salt and pepper and top with olives. Done We love eating it with a little lemon or some of our chilli sauce
