Your 'why' should not be pointing out what your competitors don't offer, don't pay attention to companies around you. Simply focus in on what makes your business meaningful, helpful and worthwhile. Cat: My newborn baby boy, he's all kinds of scrumptious, the stealer of sleep but also the happiest little man that keeps me totally grounded. ... What's your favourite area to consult on? Cat: It's a tough one, I love processes, building and creating work flows to suit your business but my equal love would have to be digital marketing. I love working with brands to build and grow their knowledge in the digital marketing space. There are endless possibilities for a business when you take your brand digital. What's your favourite tool currently? Cat: I would have to say Lightroom, I just love playing with all the settings to tweak images to suit a certain colour scheme and enhance lighting. 10.01.2022 Our meetings take us all over the world but last Sunday we were able to keep it local to our hood. Catching up with Inspired Growth Training crew at Plough Hotel and talking shop whilst enjoying a slow Sunday lunch was a bit of a spoil for us all.

When you consider the staff you have and their skill base, you might find there are numerous mundane administration tasks undertaken by each team member that simply aren't worth the rate of pay per hour they make. Consider outsourcing simple administration tasks and make your expert team focus on their strengths and skill base to bring in, manage and maintain your existing customer base. Three hours a day of admin can offset a sales mindset, switch up and distribute tasks and have your action makers starting their day right.

10.01.2022 Are you familiar with the term 'double touch' in business it refers to tasks that are managed by a number of people/departments. These are the first tasks to review when you are considering the efficiencies of your office procedures. Many administration tasks are often seen by multiple team members before someone responds and answers the request. Without correct procedures in place this task might already be costing you time when it could have been directly assigned and eve...n auto responded to before a team member gets to see it. We work with you to understand and establish work place procedures through tried and tested processes we've used in our own businesses. **For 2019 we encourage you to look at your procedures and review work flows, there could be hours of time saved in a week with some tweaks to each procedure.

04.01.2022 Do you have a 'STOP DOING' list? If you don't you'll likely find there are actions and time wasters in your day that are preventing your from working effectively. So we asked co founder Cat Sanz what some of the items are on her 'stop doing' list, here's what she said. . I have built a rather extensive stop doing list of habits over time but 3 items worth noting include:... -Stop checking my phone by implementing phone down time, switching your phone to silent and popping it in your bag for sections of time whilst you work and focus on tasks creates such better productivity. . -Stop checking my emails every 20 minutes by setting two times during the day to check my emails, a section in the morning and another section in the afternoon. I avoid having email notifications appear on my desktop so as I don't get distracted when working on projects . . -Stop multitasking, one of the key things I've realised is multitasking is a serious pitfall for efficiency. Set a timeframe and your clock to work on one task at a time there are a number of great apps out there that can assist you with time management, Im currently loving Hours an app available on your desktop on mobile that gives me the ability to plan out my day days in advance.'
