14.05.2022 Got some cardio in today first time post-covid (4 weeks after)! Last week was the first week I felt a little more like myself, so it felt good to push it a little today. Felt great and recovered well Simple little finisher: 30 sec work/30 sec rest x 4 rounds - to allow plenty of rest... Rope slams OH walking lunges Ball slams Happy Monday everyone, hope you kick some serious goals this week

15.04.2022 It has been a hot minute since being upside down I have been progressing with training post-covid and added some resistance this week. Steady wins the race After a light session, went for a walk by the beach... it's a good day! ... Wishing you all a happy Monday and a kickass week

08.04.2022 So, I am putting together a clean habit nutrition challenge Healthy eating is important for sooo many reasons, including, but not limited to: fueling your body; acquiring necessary nutrients;... lowering your disease risk; increasing your longevity; promoting optimal mental and physical well-being..! According to the results of my latest poll, the thing that is the most difficult is to know how and where to start! And that makes sense... there's so much info out these days; how to decide what to believe and what works for you...? Creating sustainable healthy habits is the way, and that's what we'll be focusing on throughout the challenge! I'll keep you posted! 27.03.2022 Hey, hey So, I was out 3 weeks - covid hit our household hell'a bad. Today was the first day I could move a little and trying to get some sense of normality back, but ain't easy. Just coaching by itself takes a massive effort and so much energy, not to mention how the throat and chest feel after. If you are on the same boat, I have chosen to start with 5 exercises today, lower body, low reps and lots of rest in between (this took me 25/30min to get through). Choose simple ...exercises. As an example, I have done 3 sets of 10 reps of each of these: Squats Alt lunges Hip thrusts Donkey kicks Butterfly sit-ups Spent 10 min stretching. And that was way more than enough as to where I am right now. I am just happy to move a little. A light walk is an excellent way to get some movement in as well.
