10.01.2022 I have been a bit MIA due to some personal and family reasons, however I am back. And this is day 4 of the lean and glow challenge I am on for the lead up to Christmas. This is aimed to help me lose those Christmas kilos (from bloating) before I get them! Basically, it’s drink made from energising tea, fibre complex and aloe concentrate. It helps support good digestion and energy levels for through the day. What more can you ask? And I’ll be having 2 litres of this at least... every day until Christmas Day! So happy to be back and kicking goals.
