Now more than ever we need some positive vibes and calming tools to help our mindful wellbeing. 03.01.2022 RASPBERRY LEAF TEA - Rubus idaeus Naturopaths have been using raspberry leaf tea since 1597! Why you ask? Studies have founds it to:... shorten the second stage of labor (yay!) reduced pain during labor (another yay ) and after birth, by toning the muscles used during labor and delivery, labor may be shorter and less painful! lower rate of intervention such as forceps and vacuum deliveries, artificial rupture of membranes and c-section. women who consumed RBLT tea regularly are less likely to go overdue or give birth prematurely. is especially beneficial to VBAC mums. RBLT strengthens the uterus and makes it less likely to rupture, and more likely to help birth a baby. RBLT Improves the strength of amniotic sac helps balance postpartum hormones and the high mineral count helps bring in breast milk for many women. is high in vitamins C, E, A, B and has significant amounts of major minerals like magnesium, potassium, calcium, and phosphorus RBLT works by improveing the effectiveness of contractions, it DOES NOT bring on labour We recombined starting RBLT at 32 weeks (starting at 1 cup /daily and increasing to 3/day). There are a lot of different types of Raspberry leaf tea on the market so please pop in and see us for some tea (no appointment needed) #raspberryleaftea #pregnancy #pregnant #herbalmedicine #labour #32weeks #naturopathy #naturopath #labourprep #vbac See more
