15.01.2022 Did you know that 99% of the behaviors you practice are a function of your #subconcious mind?Most of what we do has been programmed into our subconscious mind. So, if you want to change your behavior, you need to change the subconscious part of your mind first. Here's a great video on just that:

05.01.2022 Did you know that the #subconcious mind's primary task is to make sure you don't have too many things to think about when performing every day duties? It stores lessons you learned long ago and regurgitates those behaviors when a similar situation pops up. For instance, if you learned that yelling at your brother got you the toy you wanted, your subconscious may bring that behavior to the surface later in life even when it no longer serves an effective method for getting what you want. This is why working with people on their conscious and subconscious mind is a good way to retrain your brain not to repeat behaviors that are no longer serving you.

What you are offended by you are** I am not #Loveable Pretend you don't give a shit about anyone or anything, cutting yourself off from emotions, won't commit to relationships, destroy relationships I am not #Worthy Go looking for proof they aren't worthy, always "sorry", overachiever, not achieving at all, lazy I do not #Belong Do weird things to show you they don't belong, hold themselves back, "never fit in", push people away to show they don't belong Now if you are thinking about going into sad bad story, remember EVERYONE has these fears. That means Oprah, Beyonce even Kanye. We ALL have these fears, they are nothing to fear just get the fuck over it and live your life. Don't let it hold you back, JUST DO IT!
