24.01.2022 Every 1 January, for as long as I can remember, I have set 10 goals for the year. For the past decade, one of these goals has been to re-join a gym and to reclaim an acceptable level of fitness. This week I have finally achieved that goal. Three classes in and I'm loving it! I am sharing a great tip from one of the Launceston Leisure and Aquatic Centre instructors Martin O'Toole: Stand up straight. Now relax and look at where your thumbs are pointed. Chances are they are internally rotated. If they are pointed forward, power to you! Point those thumbs forward and feel your shoulders move slightly backwards. A fabulous quick posture correction.... Give it a try!!!
