25.01.2022 Stage 3 was a hot and hilly 140 odd kays with a chaotic final 10km leading into the steepest 600m hill top finish ever! I did everything I could to position our leaders among those sprint trains, and we retained the leaders jersey which was the objective. Yay. Stage 4 today, 170km with.... bergs! #giro #deathbygiro @ayoltk (recycled day 1 podium shot - team )

25.01.2022 Hi The season is still going.. Today a 9.5km ITT for stage 2 of the Madrid Challenge, and yesterday a short but high speed road stage finishing with a hilltop sprint. It’s been such a challenging season for everyone in different ways; each with our own battles whether you’re an athlete or not. But, the team is here, we feed off each others’ drive and enthusiasm, and after some top 10’s the last few days we are ready to give our last race day of the year a red hot crack! #ceratizitchallenge20 #uciwwt #letsgo

23.01.2022 Giro Rosa - stage 9: Well, the tour ended with just 3 of us and some italian sausage. A complete contrast to what we had imagined - Obviously it would usually be pizza After going deep for our leaders in the first 7 stages it was a big change and tough on the legs to then ride hard for our own opportunities- Lucy did a great job being in the break for the last 2 stages. I really enjoyed descending on my Scott-Addict and am happy to finish another Giro - sometimes that ...is an achievement in itself. Thanks for following and all the messages of support. The team never gave up and I’m really grateful for all the effort, energy and laughs from our team that extends beyond the riders - the real hero’s. Thank you! @gettyimages @mitchelton_scott

23.01.2022 Ended the classics campaign yesterday with a 4th in De Panne. The wind was strong and the speeds were high all 155km. It was so fun to ride the gutter together and split the field at one point, and I’m really happy I stuck to my plan and sort of almost pulled off the result we were after. Obviously feel a knot in my gut to fall short in all 3 of the big chances I was given but maybe that’s fire in the belly for next year..?! It’s a tough game but have to look at the whole pi...cture and realise all the things I’ve overcome to be in the mix again. Although there’s one more race on my program next month, I’m taking a short break now - Reflecting on the year already I’m so thankful to my friends @tompetty89 @indiamclean1 @samderiter and Philly who got me through some of my hardest months to date. Thank you, legends. I would not be here without you @gettyimages

15.01.2022 Happy to be back with the gang and excited for the year ahead Posted @withregram @mitchelton_scott Keeping our core group together (with Spratty too). More via in @mitchelton_scott bio.

15.01.2022 Flanders 2020. Loved racing with the strong @mitchelton_scott ladies - thank you for a fun and supportive day out. Just as much mental energy as physical goes into this special race. The emotions were high after crossing the line in 5th - so close to that prestigious podium but actually super far. It hurts. My team mates @_g_brown and @annemiekvanvleuten were so impressive. What a day. We’ll be back. 1-2: @jorisknapen_studioknapen ... 3-5: @gettyimages See more

13.01.2022 Giro Rosa - stage 7: In the blink of an eye our Giro dreams are shattered as Vleuty and Spratty were involved in a crash. They managed to ride to the finish because they’re tough as nails but unfortunately can’t start today. Most important thing is they’re ‘okay’ and being well looked after but boy is sport cruel sometimes.. @gettyimages

13.01.2022 Giro Rosa - stage 5: Could have been one for the ‘big-dogs’ except the 16k berg didn’t think so. CCC were super strong and split the peloton. Unfortunately I was in the second group for the day, but my other strong teamies kept Vleuty safe to the line to retain the jersey @gettyimages

13.01.2022 Excited and nervous to be starting the Giro this afternoon. 9 days of racing and focus but heaps of fun ahead of us as we do our best to defend the GC for a 3rd year running, eeek! First up is a flat and fast 17ish km team time trial. We are off around 3pm. Not sure of the best way to follow the tour. Unfortunately no live coverage as far as I know but potential highlights on @sbs_australia ... #shamethereisnocoverage #oneofourbiggestevents #guaranteedentertainment

11.01.2022 Giro Rosa - stage 6: It’s all fun and games until you hit 10 thousand potholes at 50 miles an hour The day went similar to stage 5 with some high pace on the final climbs to split the pelo, and Vos taking another sweet sprint victory, and Vleuty retaining her lead @gettyimages

10.01.2022 Every minute of every day a sick child is admitted to hospital in Australia. Join me for a ride on @gozwift tomorrow at 7pm (AEST) to raise awareness and hopefully funds for The Starlight Foundation. @starlightau runs a number of in hospital and out of hospital programs that aim to compliment traditional medical treatment by helping young people flourish, build resilience and shape their individuality. The kids wouldn’t be coping with hospital and the stress their conditi...on puts them through without Starlight - Starlight parent. #starlight #captainstarlight #fundraise #tourdekids

09.01.2022 Today we line up for Gracie’s grand finale as she recently announced her retirement. We’re going to go out there and have fun in Flanders, one of her favourite places with great memories finishing a close 2nd in 2018. These photos are some fun memories on the road with Gracie. We’ve shared so many highs and lows racing together for 6 years but I’m really going to miss laughing till we cry basically every time we meet up! Congratulations on your awesome career @gracieelvin

08.01.2022 Giro Rosa - stage 4: The long one is done. 180k total with an impressive 2 rider break away to win - we did our best to control the time gap and finished up with Vleuty extending her lead on GC @gettyimages

06.01.2022 Group photo. Tired and weary faces of Flanders! Gracie’s last hoorah Gracie Elvin Amanda Spratt Annemiek van Vleuten Jessica Allen

05.01.2022 Go girl! 1000km is huge!!

05.01.2022 We’re taking these colours off for the last time today. It’s been an awesome ride with the passionate people of our sponsors. I’ve learned from and made many gains with them over the years. Although 2020 hasn’t been what anyone planned it has created a number of unexpected opportunities so I’m sad to say good bye but at the same time looking forward to next year! Thank you for your amazing support @bikeonscott @premax.co @gebiomized ... @syncrosbike See more

03.01.2022 We are really happy with our 3rd place just 5 seconds behind the winners; Trek Segafredo. I love team time trials. Everybody contributes with everything they have and we all end up with so many different stories from the same 20 minute race. We are in the zone now, let’s see what tomorrow brings.. ... #girorosa2020 #letsgo

03.01.2022 It’s 2021. It’s the Bianchi Oltre XR4. It’s Team Bike Exchange but it’s still coffee and selfies Those of us in the Southern Hemisphere will be racing the Santos Festival down under and our national championships before heading back to Europe. There we’ll start things off with a team camp where we’ll make all the final touches. Looking forward to it all!

02.01.2022 Giro Rosa - stage 8: Strange to race without our two leaders but it was fun to support Lucy on a day of opportunity for her. She gave it a big dig after Grace’s mammoth effort to bring her to the first group on the road in the strong cross winds. Proud of my tough team mates! It was nice for me to experience riding at the front of the race all day with better legs than previous days - just in time for the last day #keepfighting #wontbackdown

01.01.2022 Yesterday was a tough old day. The roads were always up or down, and the gravel sections were the hardest roads I’ve ever grovelled over but it’s always fun to roll over the line to see your Swanny person waving their arms in the air, tell you Vleuty won and pour a bag of Haribos in your mouth Time to defend the leaders jersey now...
