14.01.2022 Hi boys & girls, Sarnie here. I've had a lot of curiosity as of late about why I started Healthy Desserts since I'm not actually a vegan. It's been amazing having a chat with people about my reasoning & hearing their beliefs also. I wanted to share this with you all. Health means something different to everyone as individuals. I believe in this day & age, there really is no "right" or "wrong" way to eat for health. My core belief when it comes to nutrition is 'what proce...ss did this food go through to give us the end product?' I read labels & I have never understood why certain foods contain so much unnecessary cr*p. 'For shelf life', understood, but that's where the concern comes in. These chemicals & extra bs aren't meant to go into our bodies & it effects us negatively, whether it be in the short term or later on in life. So.. why Healthy Desserts? All my products are made with clean, nutritious wholefood ingredients & don't have any added nasties. Your body knows how to process these ingredients & these desserts are all healthy calories that will fuel your day without making you feel yuck. I believe in clean, wholesome foods. I believe in grass-fed & hormone free. I believe in recognising what foods make you feel unwell & being in tune with your body. I believe in longevity & helping people live their best life. I believe in making nature taste as good as I possibly can. Indulgent treats that just happen to be gluten free, refined sugar free & vegan. "Nature is delicious!"

09.01.2022 The OG Healthy Desserts Banana Caramel Tart. What's there to say? You're all addicted & asked for a bigger version & here it is. Shortbread shell with cracking dark "chocolate", fresh natural banana & Healthy Desserts signature caramel. Heavenly oozy, gooey goodness that makes you lick the plate afterwards & wonder where it went, because there's no way you ate it that quick.. but you did - now you'll have to get another & there's no way you're sharing. 04.01.2022 Blueberry Lemon Slice. This is my favourite creation of mine to look at. I love the natural blueberry purple colour against the white lemon layer. This decoration was inspired by the moons surface & watercolour & I think I nailed it. Definitely one of the most eye-catching desserts in the range.
