23.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT It seems now in hindsight that it was of no coincidence that my most recent release (2018) on my VDR label was titled "Trapped". For, this is how I've been existing before, during, since and continue to be. ... I've been "trapped" by life such that it has seriously raped any time to continue to produce,let alone run my label. I long for the opportunity to return to my passion with Sound Art and Sound "Therapy; the time to paint, draw and scribble; and the freedom to be able to go for a run when I want! Initially i even considered that the social distancing measures and being homebound as a consequence of the wretched covid19 would allow me that much needed space for introspection and creativity. Alas this is not to be the case at the moment!!! With 2 Primary School aged children suddenly I am not just a Mum (Parent), Cook, Taxi Driver, Nurse, Counsellor, House Cleaning Specialist, Home Decorator, a Friend (or Foe ), Gardener, Jill of All Trades, Sport Coach, Life Coach, Motivator and Funny Farm Operator. No. Now I am expected to be their SCHOOL TEACHER as well- this is a full time job in itself. I haven't lost my passion or my vision, that will never subside...it's just taking WAAAAY LONGER that expected,. Grrrrrr
22.01.2022 I really miss making and releasing music I feel I'm finally in a position where I have cleared much clutter from my life and my mind is in a much more stable place to to do this My life as i knew it fell apart 3 years ago. The person I thought I was was not me at all. After much contemplation, deliberation and years if self exploration I have found truth and peace with who I rwally am. ... It was hard accepting myself, my shortcomings, my lies to myself. The time is nearing closer to start Producing again and I feel quite at ease with what is to come
20.01.2022 Its amazing how when one is broken and one rebuilds ones self from there, how one learns that it is through gratitude, forgiveness, courage, curiosity, and love that ones true self is revealed. It makes one step back and realise how one's actions affect those around them and it is the ones one loves the most that matter in the end . Thus one in fact is not one at all, but one is one of many.
17.01.2022 THIS POsT is mostly for my EUROPEAN FRIENDS but my US friends please also may you consider my plea: It is difficult for me to comprehend how COVID in gripping E...urope (and the US, but it seems in the US the 1st wave never ceased??) in a 2nd wave- as here in Westralia COVID just doesn’t exist... but may I please offer some comforting words... Extreme lockdowns and tight border restrictions- and abiding by those and trusting in our Premier - Mark McGowan- (we are one of the rare and lucky places on Earth whom, )thus far have avoided COVID. Of course we live on an Island of which we don’t have overcrowding amd social distancing is at our fingertips.. Melbourne - as anyone following Oz news would know had to lock down for months and months- and are now down to an average of under 7 cases a week- due to citizens complying with the law amd following directive; albeit a hard long haul. They are now seeing positive results and the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews today has announced (finally) some easing of their restrictions Social distancing works. I can’t be a voice for the rest of the world as Perth is a unique city- we are the most isolated capital city on the planet and we can do this. But it works. Masks work. Hand washing works. Following the rules (and I’ve always been trouble - works I am of firm view that COVID is NOT a conspiracy. I do believe however that we don’t have the full story; but to be honest I don’t want to know. I am happy living in our bubble in Western Australia. There is not a day that passes that I do not count my blessings and wonder how I got so lucky; how God spared our State from all this horrible stuff!! Please stop rioting Please stop fighting. The country who set this virus free on the world; this Country responsible knew what they were doing. We all know which country I refer to. COVID is biological warfare and they intended to commit this horrid act of war. The country who started COViD wants mankind to turn on itself because that is human nature when freedoms are taken away and are fighting fir survival Don’t let that country win. By FIGHTING THE RULES YOU R LETTING THAT COUNTRY WiN Please pull your heads in!! We need UNITY and PEACE right now Please trust your leaders, your Premiers, your Prime Ministers or Presidents (ok perhaps there is one loose canon out there to whom shall remain nameless, but you gotta admit he’s entertaining and a survivor if nothing else ) Please just follow the rules for the sake of humankind I hope my message reaches someone who can make a difference!!!!

15.01.2022 OMg An opportunity has arisen whereby I may be able to complete a PhD in sound therapy as part of scientifically proven, ethical, reliable and valid treatment for mental health amd well-being !!! Fits with my new Artiste to future recordings - Psykologos (Psychologist in Greek!)... What I want to research and explore will be groundbreaking for the science of Psychology amd neuroscience.. I am soooo excited and I am not going to let THis opportunity pass Watch this space
