24.01.2022 Titles preparation we are sure you are already but if not now is the time to ensure your are hydrating well in the lead up to tomorrow’s and Saturday’s events. dehydration will leave you fatigued and so you need to have small amounts of water every 15 to 20 minutes throughout your day. At the events or at training make sure you are drinking plenty of water before, during and after to promote good recovery.... 18.01.2022 Well, what a weekend that was! Fast paced action riding. Well done to all of those who came home with an NT plate, our coaches are extremely happy with everyone progress this year!! A Special congratulations to those who made the podium (1st, 2nd & 3rd)... If you have any pictures of your little athletes achievements, post in the comments below! We would love to get our gallery updated! If you don't have any, bring it down to the track so we can take a snap! **TRAINING** Training this week, keep your eyes open for any possibilities for Open Gates - Monday & Weds will have no coaching, we would like to give our coaches a break from the weekend just past and get back into swing next week. We will slowly be winding down the session days as well, once we enter the off season we will announce any possibilities of track time. Again, well done everyone!

If your kids are not confident in the gate or rolling without assistance, this session will help your little rider stay confident before the season starts!... The most important thing is you don’t need to attend every meeting, you don’t need to attend every training session and you don’t need to officiate at every race meet.
