22.01.2022 PREMIERE 1/3 The pilot episode of Breaking Bread premiered on Sunday, 29th November to the cast, crew, family members, Pasifika arts community members and a handful of potential sponsors and funders. Here are some pics of the pre-event/arrival which was held in the VMAX at the Event Cinemas Campbelltown (in Macarthur Square). The theme was ‘Sunday Best’ and was hosted by the Pasifika Film Festival.... Due to COVID-19 rules and regulations, we were limited to approx. 250 seats which we filled. 02.01.2022 @untitledgsatiu is an experimental short film with an all Smoan cast/crew which our Creative Director and Breaking Bread’s writer/director shot in January of this year. It’s been a long time coming, but the trailer was featured at our private screening last night and is another works we at Satiu Studios are so excited to see come to fruition. Support Pasifika creatives and all Pasifika-Australian works our people continue to tell and make!
