02.01.2022 So voting for the Pick My Project has begun! If you live within 50kms of St Brigid’s, (or know someone that does) we need you! Please vote today to help The Friends of St Brigid's realise our dream of becoming the first Australian Irish Cultural Heritage Centre - to provide a unique Irish/Australian cultural experience for visitors, a place that is actively supported and used by local community groups, a place that hosts significant Irish/Australian cultural events and a place that will enhance visitors travel experience to the Great South Coast region. We set out this vision when we saved St Brigid’s in 2009. This nomination (thanks Teresa O'Brien), is our chance to bring that vision to life. So please south west Victorians, register and vote today! (or if you aren't one, tell your mates who do live there ;)

01.01.2022 So turns out, though I am a resident of Melbourne, I CAN actually vote for St Brigid's and other Warrnambool based projects - as it turns out. (This wasn't made clear from the Pick My Project FAQ unfortunately - but we have it had it clarified!) So for all St Brigid's supporters out there - YES, you can vote for us!!! You'll start out by either 'dropping your pin' on say Warrnambool, or typing it in, (or Crossley) - St Brigid's will then come up (and plenty of other VERY worthy projects too, i.e Colleen Hughson's reducing ocean pollution project is MOST definitely one to support!).
