19.01.2022 We had another great day yesterday at the organic food markets. We thank all our returning customers and those who were bold enough to try something different. We have a passion for good food and nothing is more satisfying than watching peoples face light up with pleasure when they taste our delicious foods.... This week we introduced two other dips, we had jajik (a.k.a tzatziki) and beetroot dip. However, being extremely finicky with food, I will not offer jajik until I source yogurt that tastes the way it should taste! Yes, like in the old country. However, if your not fussy with your yogurt, happy to produce a tub just for you! Send us an email to: [email protected]. Our hummus and babaganoush dips still remain the favourite... We have more yummies to introduce, so stay in tune for updates...

15.01.2022 Winters here and it's time for us to change the menu a little. We would like to thank all of our loyal dip lovers for coming each week to buy our trio of dips. Alas, as the temperature drop's so does the demand for yummy bubba ganoush, hummus and broad bean dip. It's with a heavy heart that we must tell you that this is our last week of dips before they go on a winter hiatus... Don't despair though, in their place we're introducing some tasty, home made soups. Over the la...st couple of weeks Jemaliye has cooked and sold out of the delicious Lentil Soup. This week she'll also be offering Potato and Leek soup. All fresh ingredient's, all hand made on the spot and as you would expect, packed full of flavour. As always, we will not compromise on taste and quality. So the dips may be out, but soul warming soup is in. Jemaliye's soups are like an Ugg Boot for your insides. 05.01.2022 Hi guys, we are back from holidays, yay! It's going to be a very chilly day today... So come and seek comfort in our very popular lentil soup. Today, we will also be introducing our vegetable soup. We serve our soup with our traditional bread called chorek.... The chorek bread is very versatile. It is traditionally eaten with meze or served hot with some warm halloumi cheese. The kids love it as toast. You can also dry it in the oven and use it as croutons or have it with turkish tea, and better yet, save it for another day by freezing it! We ensure freshness by way of baking on the premises. Hmmm.... love the smell of baked bread. It is too difficult resist... Have a great day everyone and see you soon. SJ
