You only have to take them out of the freezer and bake from frozen for 30 minutes. While they are baking you can quickly prepare a salad or purchase our weekly salads which is even easier. 15.01.2022 Who doesnt love mexican beans? We have taken the hard work out and created delicious beans that are made from scratch. No canned beans used at all. Red Kidney Beans are soaked, boiled and then cooked again in a delicious spicy red sauce. All you have to do is defrost, reheat and serve with corn chips and guacamole and even great with rice. I have enjoyed Mexican beans with mash potato and also on top of toasted bread as well. Its all up to your imagination on how you would like to eat your beans.

08.01.2022 Let me take the hard part of the cooking process out for you and come and see me for your delicious meals for the week. If you love a Risotto Balls all you need to do is cook them from frozen for 30 minutes and make a salad to go with it or eat them as they are on there own. If you like curry all you need to do is defrost, reheat and cook some rice to go with it and maybe add Nann bread. If you like Mexican Beans all you need to do is defrost, reheat and eat them on a jacket... potato or corn chips and guacamole or mash potato or rice. Its endless what you can add to beans. If you like Nut Loaf and my Vegetable Chia Rolls all you need to do is cook from frozen for 1 hour and bake vegetables to go with it or maybe a yummy salad or you may want to be naughty and have hot chips with it. If you like pesto I have a delicious Vegan Pesto that will make a perfect pesto pasta with coconut cream... yummm. Its all up to your imagination on what you want to serve with all my meals.
