16.01.2022 If you haven't already set up your Xero account for JobKeeper payment here a few easy to follow steps. To record a JobKeeper payment, set up a new allowance pay item. You can then either add the pay item to the employee’s pay template or payslip. Once Xero releases the JobKeeper feature, they’ll provide instructions on how to update the pay item so you can report JobKeeper payments through STP.... https://central.xero.com//Record-JobKeeper-payments-while-

11.01.2022 Whilst business owners still are not able to apply for the JobKeeper payment until April 20, there is one requirement you can act on now. Advising your eligible staff members in writing that you intend on applying for the JobKeeper payment and have them sign the acknowledgment. 06.01.2022 Working remotely isn't anything new for me. I've been working as a Virtual Assistant now for three years, sometimes from home, sometimes from my caravan on a beautiful beach. For a lot of people, this is new and takes a lot of discipline and focus. It takes some adjusting but some things I can recommend... 1. Have a good working space, well light, a bit of airflow and make sure you're comfortable. 2. Have a routine, I still get up and get ready for my day and have a start... time, lunch break & finish time... and wine time! 3. There are still some things we can do for our sanity while we are stuck inside like yoga, breathing exercises & meditation and if you can, get out and walk around the block for fresh air. #wegotthis #adjustthesails See more
