08.01.2022 Hi, were doing some recipes to help you cook Thai at home with whatever ingredients you have. Let us know if you make it! This one is: Pad Kee Mao or Simple noodles at home Drunken noodles Ideal for 2-3 persons 8-12 prawns peeled ,cleaned &cut (or any meat)... 2cups fresh noodles (or cooked spaghetti) 2cups vegetables of your choice cut thin 2-20 chilies and 4 cloves peeled garlic and smashed 10-15 leaves basil 2Tbsp Oil(or olive oil) 3 Tbsp soy sauce(or 2 Tbsp fish sauce+1Tbsp soy sauce) 1 tsp sugar Method 1. Cook oil with chili and garlic for 5 minutes 2. Add prawns stir through 3. Add vegetables and soy sauce ,sugar 4. Add noodles cook for 10 minutes. 5. Add a bit of soup or water if needed. 6. Taste and put basil in,off heat stir through and ready to serve.

04.01.2022 We hardly give out recipes but these are different times remember to stay safe out there, were still open for takeaway and have social distancing measures up and running. But if you want a curry in a pinch try this: Simple curry at home(jungle curry) Idea For 2 persons with rice 1 Tbsp oil... 2 Tbsp curry paste(any that you have) 200 gram beef cut thin(or any meat of your choice) 2 Cups vegetables of your choice 2-3 Tbsp fish sauce(or 1 tea sp salt) 3 Cups soup stock (or just water) Method Cook oil and curry paste in pot for 5 minutes Add meat in ,stir for 5 minutes Add soup(or water) and fish sauce(or salt) Cook for 15minute ,taste add more fish sauce if needed. Add vegetables and turn off heat and serve with cooked rice or bread.
