01.01.2022 My beautiful friend gifted me this book a while back now ... we would often chat on Wednesdays after I had given a yoga class with Matt in Bellingen (yes the two of us gave the same class a perfect balanced fun class for the community love it )So now I pick the book up again ....my friend Raj has passed I have a different attitude and I am still learning after teaching yoga for many years now. Osho talks of habits, Masako talks of habits,Oki talks of habits, Mark talks of habits we all have them and sometimes they dont allow us to move in the direction we may want to go... In my Oki Yoga training we would walk backwards changing your habits that dont serve you any more. I am not saying here all habits are bad but same create barriers for us in life.Yoga helps us in the balance of Life
