19.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just a reminder about our SBCT Fertility Grant. Applications close 1st December. Sara and I will be contacting the lucky applicants on the 20th December so keep your phone's close by - you may just be receiving a call from us.... Sara has worked SO incredibly hard in clinic since returning from our COVID closure. She has been saving like crazy so we had enough funds required to donate this grant in time for Christmas. She is so determined to help other families as infertility is a constant personal struggle of ours and it absolutely breaks her heart. Helping others gives her a purpose and fills her heart with so much joy. Thank You for your support. Thank you for choosing our business for all your massage, spa and beauty services. 08.01.2022 Please Take Note... We have a strict 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy. Whilst we do understand unexpected things arise from time to time - we are an appointment only clinic and our therapists are here waiting, prepared and ready to commence your service at the time you have scheduled/booked. We are turning people away weekly at the moment because we cant fit ladies in, and at the time of their call/inquiry our schedule is genuinely full... since our return post COVID ...lock down we have experienced a high influx of no shows/last minute cancellations which we have not been able to fill, but have absorbed the financial burden of this. But truth be told we cant keep this up and it is effecting us and hitting us hard. (I) Sara personally texts and calls all no show appointments and the amount of times people direct her straight to voice mail or ignore texts is really disheartening. Its ok if you dont want or need the appointment, just let us know and please give us the chance to offer it to someone else However I do want to reiterate, we certainly understand things unexpectly arise beyond peoples control and clear communication is all we ask for No shows and last minute cancellations kill small business. Many service based small businesses are struggling right now and we need your help and support more than ever before. Im literally writing this with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart as its another week with many no shows. As we are catching up from our missed COVID appointments this means our current wait time for an appointment is extended (we are so sorry about this, but rest assured Josh and Sara are working hard behind the scenes to hire more amazing staff so wait times are reduced.) We wont be catching up from COVID forever so we do want to thank our ladies for their patience as we navigate our way through 2020. (WHAT A YEAR). But as a friendly reminder please note full service fees will be charged for all no shows/missed appointments. This is where we donate up to 10x massages a year to women who have experienced the sudden and heart breaking trauma of miscarriage, compassionate loss, still birth and/or neo natal loss. In addition each woman in our program receives a custom support package that contains a number of support items including a hand poure...d candle from Sharon & Lauren, so families can light the candle in times of reflection and to honour their cherub who was too precious for this world. THANK YOU!!! We are also so grateful to these beautiful ladies who have created SBCT our own branded pink candle with rose gold lid. They are stunning! 01.01.2022 Hello Queens Our family is passionate about raising awareness on infertility. J & S know first hand the challenges and hardships a fertility journey can cause and are incredibly determined to help other families going through a similar journey. This year we are donating $5000 to a local family with the sole purpose of said funds paying for medical costs, IVF costs and other associated expenses couples experience during their fertility journey. ... We are working incredibly hard on our grants application and will have this available in October The thing that is tearing at my heart strings the most is... we can only afford to give 1 grant this year. And we are lucky enough to be able to offer that with everything small businesses have had to endure due to COVID this year and all the no-shows and last minute cancellations we have experienced. Josh and I are saving like crazy to meet our target of $5000 and it is our deepest honour and privilege to offer our support and our love to local families We could not do this without our clients. The reality is when you support local business, your helping support local families who in turn can invest back and give back to our community. We cant thank you all enough - we really do have the most amazing clients!!! So Queens - Josh and I are so grateful for your continued support. We will continue to work incredibly hard to make this an annual grant but we are excited for our future and the prospect of one day not only increasing the amount we donate in our grant, but increase the number of grants we donate annually as well.
