13.01.2022 I N T H E W I L D Spotted, the very rare sighting today of the world famous @shep_just_shep IRL! More typically found in his very well equipped pain cave controlling his avatar on @gozwiftausnz he has made the journey north to join his squad for not one, but two run sessions OUTSIDE this week. ... The timing was perfect as the crew start the final stretch into next weeks ultramarathon attempt with him in Canberra. Lots of banter, planning and all round supportive smiles. Great to have you here for a few days legend. See you in Canberra for the big one next week! #running #instarunners #runnersofinstagram #sbrforlife #spotted #crew #triathlon #ultramarathon

12.01.2022 What a great way had at the Kingscliff Triathlon this morning. A full field with 5 SBR athletes racing. It was a windy day and the tide assisted swim times were dulled by the 800m run back to transition.Taking out the line honours though was Jaymes Corbett with Raz Sardie about a minute behind followed by Gabriel Rendon only a few seconds back and closing fast! Penny Owens had enough time to stop for a quick chat on the run and Monica Rendon in only her second ever triathlon was smiles all the way. Great work team! #sbrcrew #kingscliff #kingsclifftriathlon #triathlon

10.01.2022 Wow!!! What an amazing return to racing for the #SBRcrew After almost 6 of some of the most challenging times any of us have seen, a HUGE crew of SBR athletes did themselves and the club proud with a triumphant return to racing at IRONMAN 70.3 Sunshine Coast It wasn’t without drama including a late change in team members and torrential rain on the bike, but come the final athlete over the line we saw some phenomenal performances including 70.3 first timer Jaymes Corbett e...xceed expectations to go sub 5 hours. Special mention also to Nathan Dortmann who won AG overall! Boom From there each SBR athlete came in one by one with a smile on their face whether they be a first timer or an experienced campaigner. Congrats to all athletes who were back racing and did the triathlon community proud. Can’t wait for Cairns in 2 short weeks time

09.01.2022 Long course racing is BACK tomorrow in Cairns. Big cheers for this group to be ready for the start line!!! #startline #triathlon #ironman #longcourse #legends

08.01.2022 After the crazy year 2020 has been, full length Ironman racing returns this Sunday for the Asia-Pacific Championship in Cairns A few of the #SBRcrew took some time out of their busy training schedule to give us their thoughts on the race and what it's been like training with SBR in 2020

07.01.2022 Surely this has to be one of the reasons why we train?! Out in the fresh air, lovely surroundings, perfect temperature, and sunsets to die for. Good luck to all the fortunate athletes racing Sunny Coast 70.3 this weekend #lucky #sbrcrew #triathlon #ironman #queensland
