17.01.2022 Final 1 is under way. 7 teams are battling for a spot to the FINAL. The top 5 teams will make it.... Scaled teams going through to the final are- 1.CF Boss 3 (2) 2. 09.01.2022 SC Throwdows Wrap up: What a great weekend considering the weather conditions we were up against. Thank you to all our sponsors that came out for the weekend. Again Faster, Body Mechanix, JAW, RXD originals and Paleo Manatoa. To all of you that competed over the weekend end you all gave 100%. To the teams that made the finals, you fought hard to the very end. I can't go without the special shout out the the 2 teams JAW and CF Boss 1 who gave us one of the best finish's I cou...ld have seen in a CrossFit competition, PERIOD!!! It is said at every CrossFit event from your local comps to regional's to the World CrossFit Games. The weekend can never go ahead without the people who gave up their weekend to judge our comp. Their were a few comments about judging over the weekend about the judging over the weekend. All I can say to that is that until you give up your weekend on a rainy day to put you hand up and try judging you won't know how hard it is. Get on with your business and worry about what you are doing not what the judges are doing. Just like competing, judging is a very scary and daunting experience. They do their best. Thank you guys. 03.01.2022 Who is excited with the new form of the NPFL. We at The SC Throwdown have been paying much attention to its concept

02.01.2022 The layout for tomorrow guys will run like so! WODs 4 and 5 will run together in the morning. We will then be taking the top 7 teams into the finals. The 7 teams will go toe to toe over 2 WODs that will run for 20 mins. We then will be cutting 2 teams and take the top 5 to Throwdown for the first annual SC Throwdown. The 5 teams in each division will battle it out for first, second and third to complete to take out the weekend. WOD's will be annouced tomorrow!!!

02.01.2022 Make sure you get over and say hi to Jase Haywood from body Mechanix !! They have made the trip with very little sleep.... they had a good sleep last night and are ready to get rid of some stock today, so get over and support them!!! :)

01.01.2022 I wanted to open this comment to discussion. The teams are becoming stronger each comp I go to. Are we seeing the growth in our sport or are we seeing teams stack teams to win?
