21.01.2022 Not sure about you but I seem to find myself reacting to my self care and health & fitness goals when I feel tired, stressed, clothes getting tighter or needing more energy etc sometimes I just drop the ball as life gets busy thinking I dont have time or just thinking I cant and stop doing something because I feel ok BUT the truth is I need to stop reacting and be proactive with a consistent routine trying to make sure i eat well most of the time, exercise daily whether i...ts a hard gym workout or a walk/run along the beach or my favourite bush track (just move my body) and taking days to stop breathe, meditate, yoga, sauna, read a few pages of a book, garden, coffee with a friend or whatever is good for your soul.
