18.01.2022 "Is it a bird? Is it a plane? NO ITS SUPER JOHN!!" Progress post, just wanted to share how proud I am of this guy! He came to me 6 months ago with complaints of a constant sore back and wanted to fix that along with loose a few kgs and build up his general fitness levels. He now is completely pain free in his back, confidently tackles any challenge I throw at him in the gym, has lost about 6-7 kg of body fat while gaining nearly the same in muscle, is more energetic and vibrant then when I first met him, can easily push out 170kg for 6 reps over 5-6 sets on the leg press, do 10 widegrip chin ups with a minimum strength resistance band and believe it or not can hold a 5minute plank! Congratulations on your progress John and thank you for being a great client.
