23.01.2022 MEET THE STAFF #6 | Project Architect Jarrad Oakley 2008 | Bachelor of Environmental Design (Arch), University of Western Australia 2011 | Master of Architecture, University of Western Australia... Jarrad commenced working for the firm part time in 2008 whilst completing his architecture qualification. He worked on a number of different projects ranging in scale from single residential to mixed-use multi storey developments. Following his graduation in 2011 he accepted a full-time position and is now an invaluable member of the studio. With involvement is all aspects of the process Jarrad has developed a strong knowledge of and expertise in both statutory and technical requirements within the industry and has demonstrated these capabilities over a number of diverse residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality and master planning projects. Jarrad has a strong passion for design and sustainable architecture. With proven success in a design role over projects ranging in complexity, functionality and scale Jarrads greatest strength lies in brief formulation, schematic design and design development.

Out of 5 proposals, Charlotte and the groups project, LINE the pavilion, was selected to be built. BUT they need your help to make it happen! 07.01.2022 **MEET THE STAFF** #1 Lawrence Scanlan | Director Associate Diploma WAIT (Arch) 1973 | Associateship in Architecture, Western Australian Institute of Technology... 1974 | Certificate of Examination, The Architects Board of Western Australia With over 40 years experience in the industry Laurie holds an Associateship in Architecture from the Western Australian Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) graduating in 1973. In 1974 he was registered and admitted to the Australian Institute of Architects. Laurie initially worked for the architects R Hanlin and Montague Grant in Perth before forming the Horner Scanlan Partnership, working on residential, commercial, industrial and mining projects. He established his current company, Lawrence J Scanlan & Associates Pty Ltd (Scanlan Architects) in 1984 and has operated a successful architectural practice since. Laurie has lead the firms growth and development from private residences to hospitality projects, mixed use developments, residential and commercial towers.
