14.01.2022 Dear all STL families Unfortunately due to the changing circumstances, we will now be closing the Toy Library effective immediately. Therefore it will no longer be open tomorrow (Saturday 21 March). We apologise for the inconvenience. We were hoping to be able to run one final session, but the safety and health of our community must come first. As a largely volunteer run organization, the decision has been made that we should stop running at this time.... We will continue to re-assess the situation and let you all know as soon as we are in a position to re-open. In the meantime, we encourage members to share ideas about keeping little ones entertained whilst at home on our page. Again take care of yourselves and each other. STL Committee

It contains a couple of baby dolls, a bath, a baby carrier, some nappies and a bottle PLUS some big sibling books. We hope that these toys and books will make the transition easier for your older child/children as they learn about babies and the special and exciting role that big siblings have!

What's more, we know how you can do this without purchasing loads of toys which may end up in landfill when they still have so much play left in them. A toy library membership allows you to borrow what your child enjoys now and then return it. It doesn't clutter your home when you no longer want i...t, it simply goes back into circulation for another family to enjoy.
