02.01.2022 MY LAUGHTER When I laugh, I end up being so hysterical that you can no longer see my eyeballs and tears just run down my face, plus you can hear it from miles away. Those moments are priceless for me and that's when I know I am in my highest self. A study showed that women laughed about 126% more than their male counterparts, while men seem to instigate laughter the mostand there’s an interesting application of those results to how relationships form and are maintained. Wome...n typically rate a sense of humor as a top-three trait for a potential mate. Laugh all the time... Laugh till you have no control of it. Laugh till you completely have flipped it. Laugh till you cry. Laughter is a potent endorphin releaser. Laughter contagiously forms social bonds. Laughter fosters brain connectivity. Laughter is central to relationships. I remember when I laughed in Myanmar years ago, I was with two girls and I was my usual smiling and laughing out loud, the girls covered their smile. They said we don't show our smile. I thought that was odd, and I told them "be comfortable in your skin". Then I recognised Chanel did it one time a few years ago and I told her to never hide her smile. She has the most beautiful smile in the world. Everyone, young and old, Smile and laugh because that's how you shine. Though it may sound strange when I say this, in an instant when things are going tough or haywire try to smile or laugh at those moments instead of triggering negative thoughts in your body. Allow someone to laugh, allow them to smile. It's the best medicine in the world. Because you're worth it!! Phuong Phan

I have been focussed on delivering more programs under the School of Purpose and I have launched a few programs and one of them is Money Wealth Activation Meditation for Beginners. 01.01.2022 As some of you guys know and from my announcement last year, I have been planning and building a concept of my thought process, my vision and my calling. My dream is to build a School of Purpose, a community to bring people together where people who wants to find their purpose or if they are in alignment of their purpose to adopt and master their life plan. It is also to bring experts into this community, speakers, coaches, entrepreneurs, business owners and artists a place ...to belong and to help make this a better world. At first of the thought of this idea, It was scary and questioned whether this was for me and I will continue to pivot this School of Purpose Idea to revolve over the coming months and years to listen to what the people want.
