22.01.2022 Hi. Due to weather and tides the start of ScootSUP training at Wynnum Manly has been a little delayed . Most people are aware of what SUP is all about. This video shows one of my younger racers working on ScooterBike technique. Ages currently ScooterBiking with me range from 9 to 72. I look forward to introducing ScooterBike folk to SUP and SUP folk to ScooterBiking for the ultimate low impact , high cardio, complete body sport.

02.01.2022 Some may not know but I love to paddle a SUP. This last week I was able to spend numerous hours doing some long paddles in the Maroochy river- up to 2 hrs on the Hydro Force FadtBlast inflatable. This video is the last few strokes of a paddle around Pin Cushion then up to the Maroochy Bridge then back down the river to finish at Cotton Tree . Very enjoyable and a great workout with many similarities to ScooterBiking but more upper body dominant . The core gets a solid workout in both disciplines - SUP and ScooterBiking.
