05.01.2022 Well it’s been 2 1/2 years and around 1000kms of trails and I’m finally about to retire my Size Two Scoot Boots! I’ve absolutely thrashed these boots over river... crossings, endurance trails, high country riding and gravel roads and they just won’t seem to die! Finally, after a recent three days of riding at Mt Stirling and they have worn thin at the front. I took this photo on Monday morning before heading out to do some horseback archery (still used them on the back hooves of my Arab!). Pics below show them one the back of him in 2017 on an endurance ride when I was still running some old gloves on the front. Then some pics of my Standie (see comments) in the high country with them on the front. I now have Scoot Boots on all of my four riding horses, from my Warmblood to my Thoroughbred. Thanks guys! 02.01.2022 "You've got to be awake and alert every minute, every stride, because you're working with something alive that thinks and feels. He makes decisions. If we're ...not there to help him, he may make a decision we don't want him to make. Then we blame it on the horse. But, I grant you, it's not the horse's fault." - Ray Hunt See more
