25.01.2022 Copied from The Honest Groomer Reasons why your groomer may be falling behind on schedule (aka "IS MY DOG DONE YET?") 1.) A dog pooped or peed in the cage and had to get re-bathed, blow dryed and brushed. 2.) Someone came in for a walk-in nail trim and then at the last minute decided they wanted nail polish too, or anal glands or ear plucking or a foot trim, or just to tell you FiFi's life story. 3.) The phone won't stop ringing & they all want to come in tomorrow and i...Continue reading

24.01.2022 The new Online Booking has been amazing these last couple of weeks, why did I not do it sooner! Lol. It’s great because you are now able to create an account also which means faster booking next time because you just need to login. https://scooterbooter.net

23.01.2022 Bella and Sienna the Mini Poodles stopped in for a freshen up today. The girls said they have to look their best because they have a party to go to soon. Appointments are booking rather quickly at the moment, so I urge you to book in ASAP to avoid missing a time that works for you.

21.01.2022 If you are running late to your appointment please remember to let me know. If you are needing to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please do so ASAP. If you are more than 15mins late with no contact, I am sorry but your app will automatically be cancelled and you will need to rebook. If you just do not show to your appointment then you are putting out my whole day. We run a very tight ship here and every last minute is scheduled, one no show or late arrival really does put our day out.

20.01.2022 Ollie is a 12mth old Maltese X who had only ever been groomed once at the vet. Today he had his second groom and first professional groom with us. He says the right side is his best profile and he is sorry he bit the dryer lol. It is so important for dogs to visit the groomer from a young age while the are puppies sooner rather than later so any bad habits, never have a chance to become a habit.

20.01.2022 So have you seen the newest fashion trend??? I give you Couture Bin-die with a touch of dam mud lol. Poor Annie, she went for a swim in the dam and thought it would be great to roll in a patch of Bin-die leaving her setting a new hairdo trend lol. It’s that time of year when the prickles start drying out and attaching themselves to our pets. But Annie is now feeling and looking like a pretty chic little lady ready to tackle the dam and Bin-die again.

18.01.2022 I got to cuddle a baby Chihuahua! Well he isn’t really a baby, he is more a toddler lol. It was a bit of a seniors day today. First up Mindy & Zebby came in, and then Marley the Cocker Spaniel is visiting from the city and feeling the heat plus our amazing Bin-die, plus her brother snuck in for a bath and Bin-die removal from his tail, and then Chihuahua cuddles! And to finish of the week, Seniors Harley and Jenny had some time out from their house brother (the toddler Chihuahua lol) and had a bit of a spruce up and cuddles.

17.01.2022 How cute is Merida the Staffy X who came in for a bath and super De-Shed today.

17.01.2022 It’s Miss Maizie! We live when Maizie visits us.

17.01.2022 Honey stopped in today for a really good deshed and a few Bin-die removals. Today was her visit to a groomer and while she did make friends with the Muzzle she was rather well behaved, until she bit the trimmer lol.

15.01.2022 Its Charlie and Banjo! The two oldies are such characters, Charlie has her old lady lumps and likes to let everyone know she has arrived, while Banjo has old man joints and would rather cuddle all day than have a bath. They are all set for their farm dog life, with a few less prickles getting caught in their coats.

14.01.2022 Did you know it has been 4yrs today since I met Max the Persian! The vets used to Sedate him for grooming but there really is no need for that because Max is my part time boyfriend who turns to putty in my hands and earnt me the nickname of The Cat Whisperer in his owners phones lol

14.01.2022 Max the Border Collie came into town this afternoon for a big de-shed and tidy up.

14.01.2022 We still have a couple of appointments available for tomorrow. Times are filling fast with the current weather shaping up to be a hot summer and also in the lead up to XMAS. Please remember to book early for your pre Xmas appointment to avoid disappointment. We will have Apprentice Kristina here full time over the holidays as of 9/12/20 until school goes back in 2021. non Apprentice Amber says she will help under duress by supplying the joker hiding in the corner lol. You wil...l notice that we have been wearing masks while grooming lately, this is because it is better for us to not be breathing in all the dog dander and fur while drying and clipping. It also helps prevent me having heaps of fluffy hair entering my mouth and nose all day ;) we do have extra masks available for client use especially for the snow storm dogs where owners are required to stay just incase. We are undecided at the moment as to what our Xmas hours will be after Boxing Day but will let you know as soon as we decide if we open or close until New Years. See more

10.01.2022 Miss Milly stopped in for a visit and spruce up this afternoon.

09.01.2022 Did you know that we are turning 6yrs old this month! Yep we are turning 6 in a couple of weeks! What an amazing 6yrs it has been!

08.01.2022 Amber is starting her own business to follow her passion of childcare. Please head over and show your support by hitting the like button. You can also prebook for the Xmas Holidays of future weekends. I am so proud of Amber and the fact she has chosen to honour her Great Grandparents but using their Surname is the greatest thing on earth and I’m sure Pop and Grandma are sitting out the front Proud as punch right now. https://www.facebook.com/SziliBabysitting/

08.01.2022 Today has been a very long day. Wally came in this morning for his first visit with me. Before and After photos of a huge brush out, followed by a bath and blow dry with another big brush out and tidy up.

07.01.2022 Miley the Golden Retriever came in for a big Deshed this afternoon.

06.01.2022 First up today, UGGBOOT! Aka Uggy.

02.01.2022 Last up was Buddy, the Border Collie. Yes I know, I shaved a Border Collie. There was no real option today as Buddy here likes to jump in the creek and then roll in the awesome bindi burrs which are not easy to remove from his coat. So the decision was made to give him a full clip today and grow him out with regular grooming visits to hopefully prevent needing to clip him again which will reduce the risk of Alopecia.
