25.01.2022 FINAL REMINDER: Class of ‘79 - 40th school reunion Please come to our get together it will be a night of reminiscing, lots of laughs and a great catch up. We as the committee have worked hard to find and contact everyone and we want to make it a great night. We have plans to continue our get togethers and we need your input and ideas on how to make it work to suit everyone. We are thinking we are all getting on a bit now so perhaps maybe it’s time we meet every year or 2nd ...year. So at this reunion we can form a group that are interested in meeting for a casual dinner and catch up. If you have already let us know thank you but for those we are still waiting on please let us know either way by the 30th of October with by private message or text . 21.01.2022 Scottsdale High School class of 79 Our 40th reunion is on the 9th of November Please let us know if you are coming or not by the end of September. 21.01.2022 Photo challenge for class of 79 - In theme of remembering our school years and in the lead up to our 40th reunion it’s time to dig out a school photo, either yourself or someone else and any age will do and post it here on our page. I think this is about grade 5

21.01.2022 It's 3 weeks till our 40th reunion. There will be a few of us having a couple of drinks on the Friday night before as their are a couple of people that are coming to launceston a couple days early . . Will either be at Sporties or the Gunners . I am yet to decide

We are about 10 weeks away from our 40th reunion but we only have confirmation from about 40 of our classmates that are attending plus some partners . If your coming and not yet notified us it would be appreciated if you let us know . Like wise if your not as we need a rough idea of numbers for catering ..

10.01.2022 Ok class of ‘79 class mates we have two locations to offer for the reunion on Saturday the 9th of November please vote help us decide. Option one - Sporties Launceston start about 4.30 for nibbles, use of their back area looking over Launceston and live music later, option of a meal if you want, late close, if 60 go be about $10-15 per person - no room fee option two - Bunker in Bridport with nibbles, start about 4.30, they have a new deck area, close around 10.30 then pos...sibly head to the pub - if 60 go will be about $23-24 per person includes the room fee.
