16.01.2022 Scottsdale RSL Club welcomes Sarah Shan and Mark Ross as the new leasee’s to our kitchen. I would like to thank Sarah and Mark for at short notice in providing meals this weekend. Their official take over was to be the 11th of February but to help us out they opened up for us with a temporary menu and a skeleton staff crew. They therefore apologize for any delays with getting meals to the table with limited staff and preparation time. Sarah and Mark over the next few days ...will put together an exciting new menu encompassing some great new flavors coming from Sarah’s Chinese heritage and experience in Asian cuisine, along with some traditional western meals packed with flavor.
