24.01.2022 Great photo we recieved from a customer early last week that we supplied our spotted gum 42mm x 19mm flat screens too which they installed. They installed the screens as part of creating this amazing outdoor landscape. Covering out their existing fence helped to provide a more contemporary look to complement the pool. These spotted gum screens were all pre made, all screw fixed from behind and simply butt up side by side joining seamlessly. Saving plenty of time screwing pie...ce by piece. They have a 8mm gap spacing making the screens pool compliant. The customer installed cement sheeting and painted it black to provide a total blockout privacy feature screening section for their outdoor living area. We painted the backing supports of the screens black to blend in with the background and further highlight the rich natural timber battens at the front. Instal...ling the different sized circular planter boxes on to the screens helps provide some contrast and makes the feature wall really stand out as a prominent area of the backyard! The material is Kiln Dried to prevent any movement in the timber. 04.01.2022 Very excited to see some progress photos of our new internal pool batten fencing profile! A design that suits modern contemporary landscapes much more than traditional tubular pool fencing! We made these screens up using 42mm x 32mm spotted gum battens with the panels coming in 2m x 1.2m sections fitting in between posts. We ran hollow copper tubing through the center of the battens so screw fixings are only visible from one side with the profile being virtually double sided!... By using coper tubing over steel it enabled the fence to be curved in areas to create a more fluid perimeter and a more high end finish. With the screens being 1200mm high and having less than a 100mm opening between battens they satisfy all internal pool fence requirements. And with the panels coming prefabricated the entire 60 meter perimeter was installed in 3 days rather than 3 weeks!! Credit to @pridelandscapes for the amazing work installing.
