23.01.2022 Heckenberg Public School needed a solution to the problem of managing an existing sandpit that was a major maintenance problem. In addition, the sandpit was not being used by the school children. Scully Outdoor Designs were able to provide an economic solution. The sandpit was converted by installing high quality synthetic grass with colourful game inlays.... 22.01.2022 Prior to the start of its summer season Raging Waters anticipated the long hot summer days to come. With customer comfort and safety as its main priority, Raging Waters engaged Scully Outdoor Designs to design, manufacture and install some 20 new Shade Sail structures throughout the water park. 21.01.2022 The Principal of Annandale Public School had a vision on how to upgrade the grounds of its Early Learning Centre. Scully Outdoor Designs worked closely with the school Principal and teachers of the Early Learning Centre and delivered their vision. The outdoor area was refurbished, landscaped a Natural Creek Waterplay with hand pump installed. The new facilities, in particular the Natural Creek Waterplay, have been a massive hit with the kids, teachers and parents.

21.01.2022 The Principal of Central Sydney Intensive English High School wanted to improve the general amenity of 2 amphitheatre areas of the school that had concrete seating. She wanted these 2 areas to be more user friendly while at the same time be aesthetically pleasing. Scully Outdoor Designs was able to provide a solution that has been extremely successful with the students of the school.... The concrete seating in each of the amphitheatre areas was provided with synthetic grass. The synthetic grass has not only softened the feel of the 2 areas but has provided comfortable congregation spaces for students to enjoy.

18.01.2022 Cecil Hills Public School has a number of classrooms that adjoined a very steep landscaped garden area that was not able to be utilised by the teachers or students. The school Principal engaged Scully Outdoor Designs to create a space that would be safe for play and also could be utilised as an outdoor classroom. Scully Outdoor Designs were able to design and construct a high quality, low maintenance deck, incorporating underdeck storage space.... For protection from the hot sun umbrellas were incorporated into the design. The new deck has transformed the unusable garden area into a very safe and usable outdoor classroom and play space. #scullyoutdoordesigns #deck #playspace

12.01.2022 Central Sydney Intensive English High School wanted to provide a relaxing and comfortable gathering place for students to be able to sit and enjoy. Scully Outdoor Designs were asked to look at 2 locations within the school and recommend options that would achieve the end goal. The 2 selected locations were perfectly suited for the supply and installation of Scully’s Conrod Rainbow Serpentine Settings.... The Serpentine Settings have dramatically transformed both spaces which have quickly become favourite locations for students to frequent and interact.

11.01.2022 Granada seats were inspired by the architectural style of Spain. They are available in 2 sizes, 2500mm long and 1800mm long. They are Powder Coated steel frames available in various colours. They come in Recycled Plastiwood slats, with a choice of 4 colour shades providing individual combinations for each project. #scullyoutdoordesigns #granadaseat #outdoorseating

09.01.2022 The Principal’s office at Kemps Creek PS overlooked a garden area which provided no functional space for the school students or staff and, in fact was an ongoing maintenance burden. Scully Outdoor Designs were able to transform this area into a Café style alfresco space. Scully supplied and installed premium synthetic grass, incorporating the old brick walls, supplied and installed three Conrod All Access Single Settings, complemented with three 3.6m wide PVC umbrellas.... This area is now extremely popular and highly utilised by students and staff and has greatly improved the area’s ambiance. As an extra benefit, the area is now basically maintenance free. The Principal can now look out her window and enjoy watching her students and staff delight in this transformed space.

04.01.2022 Caddies Creek Public School has a big surprise for their kindergarten students as they come back from holidays. Outside their classrooms they had a dry, generally bare area that was not too enticing for play or to just hang together. Scully Outdoor Designs have been able to work closely with the school to transform the area into 3 very specific but functional spaces.... The first space has been designed as an outdoor classroom, the second as a passive sitting location complemented by large umbrellas as protection from the elements. Nearby, garden beds have been installed ready for young minds to try their skills at growing herbs, vegetables, sensory plants or to just get their hands dirty.
