24.01.2022 WAITLISTED? When a class is fully booked, there is no need to worry your little socks as if you add yourself to the waitlist there is a HIGH chance youll get in! You will be notified via email and/or SMS when a spot becomes available and that you have been added into the class. (Make sure you have your email and text reminders active in your MINDBODY account). The notification is CONFIRMATION of your spot in the class. For our beautiful members we have not stopped working to set up an online portal so that you can continue to take your fave workouts with our divine Instructors. Make sure you are subscribed to receive email notifications in your mindbody profile as we sent you a little love letter last night and will share your logins as soon as we are LIVE. I want to say a huge thank you for all the love and support we are recieving right now from our community, we really are one big family and it with you backing us now that we will come out the other side stronger and peachy as ever. It is with your support that we can continue to keep your teachers, your beautiful friends employed and our doors open (lets do this lockdown properly and we can get back to our special space sooner rather than later). 10.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT Have you heard.... We are bringing LIVE workouts to your living room. ... A little love note from little me. Golly gosh, I miss seeing your faces in real life so much. Our Sculpt studio was created around movement and connection so changing the way we connect took me a moment to adjust to, call me old school but I just adore seeing you, being with you, moving with you (in person). Words cannot describe what a whirlwind the last couple of weeks has been. I cant quite believe weve only been forced to close the doors for not even two weeks, yet we turned around an online video portal of your favourite workouts within days whilst I figured out a few things and learnt to breathe and be kind to myself through some tears and heartbreak. Ive come to you, our people, our community, my friends to find out what you would like from us and Im overwhelmed with the response that you are really wanting to go LIVE with us. So many of you have been messaging, checking in with how Im going, so many of you understanding that Im a startup small business which comes with a lot of challenges being such a freshie. There has been a lot of waiting on the government to see if they are able to support the super small guys but one thing I know for sure is Im there for you and we will be back stronger and better than ever. We all have our challenges, journeys, disruptions in our lives right now but we truly are one and in this together. I have a full heart when I say these last few words that... WE ARE GOING LIVE! . We never truly know what someone is going through, there is much unseen emotion, life experience and innate change that we cant feel or truly comprehend for another hidden be...hind a smile, but a little unconditional love, kindness and compassion can go a long way and the simple question of Are you okay can create a space for those experiences to be accepted, nurtured and given the light and love they deserve The conversation with yourself as much as with another is just as important, creating that daily ritual to tune in with yourself and how youre feeling without judgement, then ask yourself what you need and take a simple action forward to respect your place of feeling, makes us more available to truly support and understand those around us What ever you have experienced or are experiencing, know that there is endless support around you and that you are so loved.
