24.01.2022 It has been a busy 6 months at Seachange Toowoomba with work on the resorts main Country Club now nearing completion. The $3.5million facility commenced construction in late 2019 and is due to be completed in a matter of weeks. Once construction is wrapped up the facility will be luxuriously appointed with furniture and décor and ready for our home owners to enjoy mid-year. 21.01.2022 Driveway Trivia Comes to Seachange... As the world changes our Seachange Home Owners and Community Managers are getting creative and finding new ways to enjoy the activities that they would usually participate in. Whilst the current situation with COVID-19 is affecting everyone, it is heart warming to see our communities embracing new ways to stay connected and support each other during this challenging time. This week saw the first rounds of driveway trivia held at our Arundel, Coomera and Toowoomba Resorts and by all reports were a resounding success. Care was taken to abide by current social distancing guidelines and our home owners showed that they can still have a great time and share a laugh from a safe distance.

18.01.2022 The driveway fun continues at Seachange with the first of our roving twilight concerts being held on Thursday night at Seachange Riverside Coomera and Seachange Toowoomba. A great way to keep kick of the long weekend! A big thanks to Ian Johnson and Cathy Drummond for bringing their entertainment to the streets!

16.01.2022 We were extremely proud of our Seachange home owners and community managers who across each of our communities organised unique ways to commemorated Anzac Day. It was wonderful to see everyone coming together in safe ways to pay their respects and support each other.

15.01.2022 Friday night was a night to remember at Seachange Arundel with performers Glenn Shields and Tracy Leigh providing the roving twilight entertainment. It was great to see so many out singing, dancing and catching up with their neighbours from a social distance.

15.01.2022 It was wonderful to have Channel 7 News and the Gold Coast Bulleting come out to cover our Roving Twilight Concert at Seachange Arundel on Friday night. These evenings have been run at each of our resorts over the last few weeks and have been a great way for our home owners to enjoy some fun and frivolity while staying safe.

12.01.2022 There has been some very serious deliberation over the last few days as we judged the entrants for our "holiday at home" themed roving twilight concert held at Seachange Arundel on Friday night. There were so many fantastic costumes and decorations, it really was a tough choice! 11.01.2022 It's Bin a fabulous few weeks at Seachange, we are lucky to have so many home owners who really know how to have a laugh. We find ourselves eagerly awaiting the Bin Isolation Outing each week and the comedy gold that results!

At Seachange as we reflect on the year that has been we are extremely thankful to all of our staff and home owners who have continued to work together to adapt to an ever changing situation. We are looking forward to a fantastic 2021 welcoming more people to our wonderful communities and making many more special memories.

07.01.2022 Not even COVID 19 was going to stop our home owners from holding their annual 'Seachange Emerald Lakes Has Talent' Show. They couldn't use the Country Club so had to improvise and did a Driveway version where the performers used their driveways as the stage and the audience roamed (maintaining social distancing of course). It meant that the artists had to repeat their act many times, but they didn't seem to mind. An enjoyable afternoon of entertainment from some very talented people.

06.01.2022 It's great to see some of the new activities that started out of necessity in 2020 have become regular events in the social calendar for 2021. Twilight driveway trivia kicked off again this week at Seachange Arundel, looks like a lot of fun!

06.01.2022 Home Owners at Seachange Emerald lakes brought some Glitz and Glamour to their driveways with a themed happy hour last week. Everyone dressed to impress and set up with their favourite cocktails to enjoy a night out with their neighbours and friends. What a fabulous way to enjoy being at home.
