The land is now owned by Frankston City Council who have licensed the ...community group to use the land for community activities. The project is co-created by passionate, hardworking and dedicated community members. Together they create a free, welcoming, natural and sustainable place for people to connect with each other, the natural environment and with food. The Down’s Project are in the process of developing a business case and are inviting the Frankston Community to take part in community consultation via a survey or an opportunity to engage deeper in conversation with a Zoom conference.
