23.01.2022 @brendanegan11 returned to preparing for next years footy season and no doubt footballers are a little underdone with running. We are gonna work on his sprinting and make the man move quicker than he has ever done before! Today’s session is part of a 9 week program of running.... 1 Warm up boxing 5 minutes 5x10m butt kicks 5x10m high knees 3x30m accelerations at 70,80,90% 2Running Workout 3 sets of 2 minutes running 1 minute rest. Alternate 30 metres jogging / 30 metres running / 30 metres sprinting for the 2 minute block.

Along the way you will get fitter and feel better regardless which is perfect leading into summer.... To help get you started if anyone needs a beginner or intermediate running program I can send you them for free. They are a great way to get started and begin working on your heart rate zones, 2km and 5km times along with early fartlek training. Furthermore if you have been already doing a solid base of running it would definitely be time to transition into some speed / agility / mobility work too now better prepare yourself for a shortened pre season. 06.01.2022 Here we go again with home workouts back on the agenda in Melbourne for the next 6 weeks. Currently I have 2 options. A total band program for those that wanted added resistance and a in depth 6 week / 4 workouts a week training system to get you through the extended break. Motivation for home workouts are still hit and miss and thats why Im also working on having available for Monday a much more creative Anyone Anytime Anyplace program that can be used at home with minimal e...quipment. The main thing is its comprehensive catalogue of exercise and detailed programming. This is the time to improve that bad back, strengthen that weaker shoulder, rebuild that core and embrace the variety of training available to us still. Further more here is the first workout from the Lockdown Bands program free to use over and over again. In fact all 4 will be reposted over the next few days to complete the first week of lockdown bands workouts. So I'm providing 2 options Lockdown Bands (a 6 week (4 workouts a week) Resitance band training program for home. So focusing on some exercises that would contribute to improving your main lifts such as your squat , dead and bench.
