16.01.2022 In memory of Sal- fabulous recipe. Several years ago I lost one of my favourite people & childhood friend. We shared many things - every conversation resulted in a shared recipe. This is one of her recipes with a little tweak in the pastry from me. Most items are in the fridge or pantry: RED SALMON PIE * can of red or pink salmon * cup of grated cheese... * lots of fresh parsley * 1 egg * cracked pepper Mix together in a bowl . Place on pastry sheet and wrap. Brush with egg or milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or grated Parmesan. If you want it to look fancy, plait pastry - you are welcome! I was a little more demure back then but stood defiantly in front of it and said - it goes I go! We are both here still (so is the husband).
