20.01.2022 DIY Reindeer Gift Tags Christmas with kids Crafty Creations These cute DIY gift tags will add a personal touch to your Christmas gifts. You will need:... 1 packet of cardboard gift tags 1 packet googly eyes 1 packet small pompoms Glitter pens 1 ball of twine Glue How to make it Glue a pair of eyes on each gift tag. Glue a pompom (the reindeer’s nose) below the eyes. Once the glue has dried, use the glitter pens to draw antlers above the reindeer’s eyes. Set aside for a few minutes to dry. Once dry, thread some twine through the hole in the top of the gift tag and tie in a loop. #christmas2020 #christmas #christmastags #Christmasgifts

We have a super yummy recipe for you to try this weekend. Raspberry and Lemon Cheesecakes -... Ingredients: Filling 250g raw Cashews- soaked overnight 1/2 Cup Cocobella Coconut yogurt 1/4 C preferred milk 1/4 C pure Maple syrup 1 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Tbls fresh Lemon juice 5 drops of pure essential Lemon oil (opt) 1 Lemon- Zest of- If you’re not using Lemon oil use 2 Lemons. 2 handfuls of frozen raspberries Plus extra time crumble on top. Base 80g roasted Almonds 40g Walnuts 40g desiccated Coconut 10 Medjool dates 1 Lemon -Zest of Method Base Place All base ingredients into a food processor and combine until the mixture holds together when pressed between your fingers- if you find its not sticking add more dates. Place roughly equal amounts into cake mould. Place in fridge whilst you make the filling Filling Rinse cashews and drain well. Place all ingredients EXCEPT the raspberries into a high speed blender and blend on high untill smooth and creamy, adjust sweetness and lemon if desired. Throw in raspberries and blend for a couple of seconds, don’t over do it. Now pour over each base to the top of mould. Gently Bang any air bubbles out. Crumble a few frozen raspberries on top. Place into the freezer overnight. Take our 5 mins before serving. Enjoy x



19.01.2022 Reindeer Jam Jars Home-made Christmas gifts the kids will love to make these school holidays. You will need:... For the jar contents - 2 cups frozen blackberries (blueberries or strawberries would work too) 2 tbsp Community Co chia seeds cup maple syrup lemon zest and juice 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary For the jar decorations - Brown paint Glue 2 googly eyes Red pompom Masking tape 2 long pieces of brown pipe cleaner and 1 short Red ribbon How to make it - Cook blackberries in a pot until tender. This should take about 5 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients and stir. Bring to the boil, then let it simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, you can decorate the jar! Place 2 strips of tape around the jar, about 5-6 cm apart. Paint in between with the brown paint. Wait for the paint to dry and remove the tape. Glue on the eyes and pompom. Bend the shorter pipe cleaners in half and wind to attach to the top of the longer pipe cleaners to make antlers. Bend about 3cm of bottom of the long pipe cleaners into a right angle and sticky tape onto the lid of the jar. Back to the jam, remove rosemary sprigs before pouring into a jar. It’ll get thicker as it cools. Screw on the lid and tie the ribbon around the top. Use within 1 month. #christmas2020 #Christmas #christmasgifts

17.01.2022 Christmas Candy Cane Platter This colourful candy cane deli platter will delight your Christmas guests. Ingredients 20 Slices Mild Salami (5cm wide)... 315g Aus-Fresh Olive & Cheese Selection, halve 9 olives 200g Greek Feta Cheese 435g South Cape Entertaining Platter 4 Cheese Selection Method Place a large wooden serving board onto a bench. Fold 4 salami slices in half and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining salami. Prepare the South Cape cheeses as follows: cut Camembert into thin wedges, Cheddar into cubes, cream cheese into 1cm thick slices and Gouda into 5 equal triangles. To make the first deli candy cane, arrange 3 halved olives on the base of the board, followed by 1 toothpick of salami, 1 Gouda cheese triangle and 3 feta cubes to build the candy cane base. Repeat this pattern with these ingredients to create the candy cane. To create the second deli candy cane, arrange 2 sliced semi-dried tomatoes onto the base of the board adjacent to the first candy cane, followed by Camembert wedge, cream cheese slice and 3 Cheddar cubes to build the base of the candy cane. Repeat this pattern with these ingredients to create the candy cane. Decorate the serving board with festive red ribbon.
