19.01.2022 It is what it is! Let's make a positive post though Make the most of these 5 days in lockdown. Make a list of the things you would like to do and get done around the house. A good time to de-clutter, re-arrange spaces and burn your new candles from christmas ... (yes, burn those candles!!!) Or you can just have some down time - read a book, get in the garden, binge watch that tv show, have a bath or get creative. I know it can also be hard for some, so please reach out if you need it...always up for a chat P. S I've already had my little meltdown today, but I've had to pull myself out of that negative mindset and remind myself that it's OK, it's out of my control and that things will fall into place, eventually. 19.01.2022 M o t i v a t i o n So many people I have spoken too, have said they had little or no motivatiion this year and that's ok! It's 2020 after all Some have had the extra time to just work on themselves, their family, been forced to slow down or maybe they have been depressed, lonely or sad So many emotions this year! ... So many!!!!! Even me, I've had no motivation to complete my goals, study or being creative which is what I LOVE doing. I look back on this year and feel like I've accomplished nothing! But I'm not being hard on myself, I'm just saying "that's ok" and in a way, I have noticed a huge shift and growth in myself so to me, that's a win plus I have a new love of growing plants from seed because I had the TIME to learn. It's very therapeutic Medicinal herbs is next on the list The past week I have thinking about my creative side and the dreams/ideas I had written down over a year ago. I get excited again and motivated to think I can help others the way I want to. I try not to get ahead of myself or over-think as this becomes very overwhelming for me and then I just can't be bothered lol. Anyway, 2021 is approaching fast and who else is putting their Xmas tree up in Nov Yep me! Cos, why not? But here's to MOTIVATION Talk to others that inspire you, lift you up and believe in YOU. You've got this!

16.01.2022 T i m e Lots of it these holidays When I want to have some me time, time out, grounding time, whatever you call it, I make myself a cup of tea I go sit out side, on the grass, read a book, scroll though Insta, journal etc You only need 10 mins each day to take that time out for yourself, or whatever time you have, there's always time

15.01.2022 PRE-ORDER Love these amazing cards I'm only just starting to use these with my 6 year old. We pick a card out every morning before school and put it on the fridge. ... It's so important to teach others about kindness, especially to yourself. My Pippa is very hard on herself so I know these affirmation cards will help, even if it's only small steps! They even come with a cute wooden easel and colouring pencils to colour the back of the cards. I am doing a order for these TONIGHT if anyone would like any for their children or a gift for someone else. I'm also ordering the NEW SET of teen/adults and pregnancy/birth cards. Let me know asap

11.01.2022 The way I see it.... N e w B e g i n n i n g s A fresh start, new doors opening, new intentions set and letting go of what you can't control...especially this year! I've asked people what their intentions are for 2021 (as I'm not big on resolutions) And alot of the same answer is "things won't change much" and it all comes back to the same convo - covid...BUT I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about YOU So if you are stuck in that negative mindset of nothing will ...change, then it won't! Go into this new year with some positives even if you just think of one, that's worth celebrating Out of all the things this year, we all have learnt that the littlest things matter MOST. Our family and I'm sure you know of someone that has suffered from pain, loss and sadness this year, my heart goes out to all Just a reminder to hug a little tighter and longer, enjoy every moment with your loved ones and learn to forgive so you can move on. My intentions are: Saying no when I need to Being more present (which means more social media breaks) Speaking up for myself and my family Listening to my body Maybe you can share yours too in the comments and you may just inspire others Emily xo
