25.01.2022 This is a job we are doing at a holiday home in point Leo. We installed a 360kg steel beam nearly 4.0m in the air, sitting on 100x100 SHS columns. Make sure you stay tuned for the job complete on this one, it sure won’t disappoint!

25.01.2022 Is your crossover not wide enough or do you want another crossover on your block? We can recommend and discuss the best option, organise the permit and inspections, prepare then pour the concrete, come back to back fill and clean up. We do it all!

23.01.2022 Second one for the day complete. 90mm Murbau deck, cement sheet lined ceiling partially raked. Back to build a wall and a balustrade shortly.

23.01.2022 Carport finished. This one is built in extends brackets with a raised front beam to accomodate a caravan, built with a modern front gable end

23.01.2022 Are you needing another living space? Here we have built a gable pergola, and concrete infilled today. Next we have 1m high walls and a set of double doors. The client is then having blinds measured up and installed. They are perfect for both cold winter days with the blinds down or warm summer nights with them up.

23.01.2022 Annnnd another one complete. This was a good job to pick up in my Martha. Gable/scotched gable verandah with a 140mm Murbau deck below. This one has a drain installed beside the deck to ensure no water runoff enters the subfloor space, has a slab directly below the joists to support a spa and a blue board wall/gable end

23.01.2022 We have this verandah and deck underway. Comes with a concrete slab directly below the floor joists to support the weight of a spa.

22.01.2022 Did you know we aren’t only limited to carpentry, we do all aspects of concreting aswell. This job just complete, lining of the carport in cement sheet and a tile patterned stencil concrete in bluestone colour.

21.01.2022 Another one down. Small verandah and deck with a side screen and 2 sets of stairs. Stainless steel wire balustrade with a 140x42 Murbau Bar top to rest a drink or two on!

21.01.2022 Today we clad this office/bungalow and laid the decking boards for the verandah. Back on Monday to hang the doors/windows put the showers base in and get ready for plaster.

20.01.2022 House Extension/renovation in Seville. Demo and slab finished. Next the steel beams and then the frame. All exposed roof beams inside on this one!

17.01.2022 Due to this lockdown we are going through, it has been awhile since anything has been posted! Here is a flooring job we've done. 133mm spotted gum engineering flooring, with a trap door. Came up a treat!

15.01.2022 Pine Lining of a verandah ceiling. Roofing first came off to install sisalation then re-installed, the boards were all glued and secret nailed. Over 1km of lining went into this job!

14.01.2022 We also install Lexan twinwall polycarbonate roofing which is more of an architectural way to go rather than a normal polycarbonate roof. This is from a small job it mt Martha. Looks great!

14.01.2022 Perfect day to get this one done from start to finish. Skillion roof, sitting in extenda brackets which sit on the houses frame and come up through the roof. Finishes off the area nicely

13.01.2022 Our most recent project finished! This deck is 135x19 Spotted gum PRE OILED with CUTEK CD50. The advantage of this is the board gets oiled all 4 sides and protects the timber from any moisture rising from the ground which gives you a longer lasting, beautiful looking deck. Glass balustrade around the spa on this one also. We do it all!

12.01.2022 One of our favourite facade renovations. Two early century sailors' cottages, recently converted into one beautiful family home.

11.01.2022 Working Saturday/Sundays to complete our 2020 work load! Replacement of all of the double storey housees aluminium windows/doors (10) to timber double glazed. We had to widen one of the doors and cut in this single fixed panel window weighing 180kg into the brickwork and frame. Other works include the deck extension, glass balustrade, open roof pergola and timber battened screen. Starting to come along now!

11.01.2022 The start of a new job. Hardwood feature fence along the front boundary of a house in frankston. Hardwood battens and gates to go on next!

11.01.2022 Finished this job in bittern yesterday. A complete rd-deck and repair of any damages. Also rd-cladded the gate and built a half height wall with 190x42 merbau bartop on top. Perfect to rest a drink or plate on! Very satisfied clients!

11.01.2022 Today we partially enclosed this verandah, all ready for the renderer. Once the renderer has finished, outdoor kitchen will be going in.

10.01.2022 We excavated a garden bed and built this deck for an easy going bloke in Mornington. These are 140mm murbau decking boards, stainless steel decking screws. Love these types of jobs!

06.01.2022 Here I have some pictures of a few things which I’ve made when I’ve had some free time over the last couple of years. A 3 drawer side table built from scratch with a live edge Tasmanian sassafras timber top on it. An old dining set I bought for $50, pulled the chair covers and pine table top off, sanded the whole thing back, sprayed it in gloss white and did a big glue up and made my own chair (with sitting grooves) and table tops finished off with polyurethane And an inbuilt library shelf with a custom made crown and a ladder made from 32mm dowel and routed ladder stiles

06.01.2022 Our latest project complete - 90mm merbau deck with 140mm merbau picture frame. Gabled roof falling into its own box gutter so that the existing houses gutter is not loaded. Will come up nicely once it has a coating of oil.

04.01.2022 Another one ticked off. This one was a demolition and exact rebuild except we decided to spin the carport around so the gable end faces the driveway. Part roofed verandah with sections of just rafters and noggins. Very happy client!

01.01.2022 Me and the boys washed off this exposed concrete this morning. Earlier in the week we poured the concrete, built the verandah, extended the driveway and updated this facade from just 2 plain old posts to 2 rendered columns and feature bulk heads.
