24.01.2022 The One Mile Kitchen & Café is open Monday to Saturday 10 am to 2 pm. Here's our current summer Menu. Groups of more than 6 would be advised to make a booking so that we can ensure adequate catering to make your visit a guaranteed enjoyable one. 21.01.2022 The Secret Garden & Nursery Spring Fair is set for October 10th 2020. We're very excited to be hosting our first event for 2020! Come out and browse through the stalls, enjoy our delicious (and somewhat famous) scones at the One Mile Kitchen Café, BBQ, train rides for the kiddies (& not so little kiddies!) We have hundreds of plants to chose from. Make your Christmas shopping easy with a Secret Garden gift voucher. We will be adhering to strict Covid Safety measures, as will ...our Stall Holders, and ask that you help us with this by considering wearing a mask and sanitizing as much as possible. Due to Covid outlines, we have a 300 people capacity, and we request that everyone maintains the 1.5 metre social distancing rule. Please share the flyer/post with all of your contacts to help spread the word. We're all looking forward to a beautiful Spring day to enjoy a bit of "normality" back into our lives! See more

19.01.2022 The Secret Garden & Nursery now has a QR code to help make life easier when visiting the Garden. It's important that we remain vigilant with record keeping, so we ask that those who have a phone that will read the QR code to do so on entry & complete the brief questionnaire with your relevant details. This particular one offers you a receipt to show that you have registered. QR codes are located at the entry, plant shop counter and doors, and there are 2 on the table at the Café ordering window. For those who don't have a phone that works with the QR code, we do still have manual record keeping available. We thank you for your cooperation with our Covid record keeping. We are so excited to be bring you the delightful Scarecrow Festival again this year. Because of the lateness in the year, we're combining it with our Christmas Fair this year. It's going to be lots of fun. Scarecrow entries are open to anyone who would like to enter... schools, day care, Disa...bility organizations, business's, Individuals, groups. 11.01.2022 Spring has well and truly sprung and the weather is looking beautiful for our Spring Fair this Saturday. Bring the kids down for a train ride, browse the stalls, enjoy a yummy Devonshire tea or BBQ (or both). There will be hundreds of beautiful plants for sale, and lots to see at the Secret Garden. We are Covid safe & are following all of the Covid requirements. Disposable & hand made masks will be available for purchase at the entry, and hand sanitizer for you to use as well as our QR code to check in. Looking forward to seeing you all for a great day out

10.01.2022 Hi Everyone. Our much loved Scarecrow Christmas Festival is now less than 2 weeks away. Due to all things Covid, we can't offer the onsite colouring competition that we had last year, so this year we have decided to offer an Art competition that can be done at home and dropped into the Secret Garden for display and judging. This competition is open to children from under 5's through to high school. If you would like to enter, please print off a form and drop it in to the Sec...ret Garden by December 4th 2020. 08.01.2022 Hi Everyone. We just want to let you know that the main entrance gates to the Uni are now closed, but this DOES NOT mean that the Secret Garden is closed. You can still access the Secret Garden via Vines Drive off Londonderry Road. We are open all over Christmas excluding public holidays. Have a wonderful and safe Christmas

Great place to keep the kids occupied while you can relax with a cuppa, say g’day to the animals and shop for gorgeous plants!!
