24.04.2022 Facebook - Reach There are different types of Reach - Post, Page, Organic, Viral and Paid. Post Reach is the number of unique people that see your content.... Page Reach is the number of people that view your page over a given period i.e. a day, a week or a month. The subcategories within your Post and Page Reach are Organic, Viral and Paid. Organic Reach is the free reach, the number of your audience who see your content in their newsfeed. The more your audience engages with your content to better your Organic Reach will be. Viral Reach happens when your fan/s creates a story with your content. If they like it, or comment on it or share it, then your content is shown to their friends. Paid Reach is the paid promotion of posts. You’re paying Facebook to show your content to more of your fans. Ultimately you want both Organic and Viral reach. Achieve this with great content and it will be liked, commented on and shared. Encouraged your fans to like, comment and share your content. But if you are a page that doesn’t post a lot or have a lot of fans you might want to consider paid promotion. It does the job of Organic and Viral at a cost. 18.04.2022 Facebook - Reach, Engagement and the Scroll Facebook Reach is the number of unique people that saw your content, even those that didn’t engage with your content. Facebook Engagement is the likes, comments, shares, clicks your content receives.... Engagement is important as Facebooks algorithms will reward and send content with good engagement further. But it isn’t the be all! Think about how you view content on Facebook, especially content from a page? I’m a scroller, not a liker or a commenter. If you get my attention I will stop scrolling and read, but more often than not I don’t like or comment on others content. I sometimes will share and click a link to find out more. Hands up if you do the same? My guess is that most of us view content this way. So while I do look at my engagement, I defiantly place more emphasis on my contents reach. Go back and have a look at your content’s reach vs engagement to give you a guide as to how many people are really seeing your content.

The fix turned out to be pretty straight forward but it was the deep diving, or brainstorming, of options that got us there.... With Facebooks changes made earlier this year to the content your audience sees, its so important to post when your audience is active and most likely to engage with your content to increase your reach. Find out when your audience is online with Facebook Insights, simply ... 1. Click through to your business page 2. Click on the Insights tab 3. Click on Posts You will be able to see what days your fans (audience) is on Facebook and below a graph of what times. Move your cursor along the days for further details on time of day based on each particular day. Does 1 particular day stand out from the others, what about a time?? Dont guess, find out the exact online habits of your audience.

09.01.2022 Anyone using Facebook Creator Studio? Im liking it as it not only allows posting content across multiple platforms but also multiple pages within the platforms. Its now really easy to reschedule and move posts around to suit your audience. And the best yet it gives you better insights as to how your audience is responding to your content. I dont like that you have to create a post on your Facebook page, then schedule your posts to get to Creator Studio.... But that is all about to change, with Facebook announcing that well now be able to create posts within Creator Studio. Yay Via @socialmediatoday

These days, youll experience higher engagement if you cater your messages to specific demographics you collect about your customers.... For example if your business sells baby items you should ask your audience the age range of their child/children. You will then be able to send a target email campaign with products suitable to children of those ages in the segment. Over time insights into your customers behaviours will emerge and youll be able to further segment your list based on these behaviours. Such as; did they purchase, what they purchased and what days and times get the most opens. The more you cater your messages to your subscribers tastes, interests, activities, etc., the more likely you are to reach and engage with them. This image reminded me of Android bot, anyone else? Maybe its because Ive updated my Messenger Bots today. Bots allow you to automate your Messenger response to welcome new users, send them content, notify clients when your in a meeting, and much more. You can also apply Messenger Bots to reply to your Instagram DMs.... Nits automatically make your head itch You can set up your messenger bots by access your Facebook Page via an internet browser.
