14.01.2022 "There's always a new challenge to keep you motivated" - Sean Connery As some of you know already, whilst my business has been closed due to covid restrictions I have been using the time to learn a new skill that I have wanted to learn about for years, family film making! I've tried my hand a few small films before, numerous times (some of you may have one of them) but this time I wanted to make a serious attempt at it as I just simply love film, the story telling aspect and... the way it makes me feel to add movement to a captured memory. I just can't seem to let it go! Over the last few weeks I've enrolled in a few online courses and most recently signed up to a 9 day challenge to plan, shoot and edit my own keepsake film. Happy to say that I completed the challenge and below is the film that I submitted. So nervous haha!! The plan is to hopefully one day soon incorporate motherhood and family films into my business!

13.01.2022 As we all reflect on the year that has passed I would like to share with you 24 of the 26 newborns that I photographed this year, although a lot quieter than previous years, thanks to a global pandemic I would still like to take this opportunity to say a HUGE thank you to all my clients that still came to see me this year, whether it was a newborn session, a family or maternity session or even one of my crazy Christmas mini sessions, myself and my family are forever grateful for the continued support! 12.01.2022 **Face Masks** Hey all, I spent the last weekend making face masks for my little family and some friends, I'm no professional seamstress by any means lol but I think they do the job I've made a few extras if anyone wants/needs to get masks still and I am more than happy to make a few more if anyone is struggling to get them. They are $10 each and are 3 layers of 100% cotton with a pocket for a filter and a wire nose strip. Elastic has been tied so you can adjust it if need...ed Pick up from Berwick

11.01.2022 "I will be right here waiting for you Whatever it takes Or how my heart breaks I will be right here waiting for you" - Richard Marx... Where to start....Firstly, Id like to say a huge thank you to all of you that have stood by my little business over the last few months, it's definitely not been an easy run since March but I think this last lock down has been that little bit harder than the first time around and now its another 6 weeks. I can honestly say that I am completely devastated for everyone that has been pregnant, had or having their babies or even had babies 1st birthdays during this pandemic, to have a lot of exciting things that usually comes with having a baby taken away seems very unfair and I definitely feel for you, I guess on the flip side is that we need to do what ever is possible to keep everyone healthy and safe, especially those that are more vulnerable than us and somethings are just not worth the risk to keep our loved ones and our neighbour's loved ones safe. Secondly, don't panic! I will be right here waiting when we are allowed to reopen. I can still photograph your precious bub at any age and I'm currently working on a few things to add to an older baby session so there will be lots of variety And, finally, thank you again for sticking by me, I really, really appreciate all you more than you could ever know! Please still keep me updated with when your bubbas make their entrance..I love hearing the good news P.S I've added a few sneak peak images of Paisley in my newly renovated space...its not finished..its a bit bland and I still have lots to do (like iron the bedding and apparently I'm missing a pillow lol) things to change and things to add but I couldn't wait haha

06.01.2022 The sun wasn't shining last night but it turned out to be the perfect night for a family session! I feel so honored when people come to me from the other side of the city, especially with a bubba and a puppy all loaded up in the car! I just couldn't love these images any more!!

We are about to lower her cot (before she learns how to climb over the side) and it seems like such a huge milestone this time around, I just needed to document it.
