WEDNESDAY- Barraba Golf Club 8.45am : Sit & Stretch Chair Yoga THURSDAY- Bingara, The Gwydir Health Hub 9.30am : Hatha Yoga followed by morning tea at The Imperial Hotel 5.00pm : Hatha Yoga 6.30pm : Average Joe-Ga for Awesome Men SATURDAY - Manilla, Riverside off Stafford Street. Final class for 2020. 8am : Hatha Yoga followed by morning tea at Molly Mays.

18.01.2022 Hi Everyone - what I wouldn't give to be this guy today in the cool of this waterfall and out of the dust and the heat. But here we are with our first dose of seriously hot weather this summer. I hope you've remembered the "cooling breath" that some of us learnt this past week as a way of finding a sense of cool into the body. Remember breathe in through your mouth and just let the air move around the teeth, gums, tongue and throat the moisture of the tongue used to cool t...he air entering. Enjoy! This week's yoga classes will be a nice way to unwind from the heat so I hope you can make it along as we enter the last few weeks of our term.
